In other words, they find themselves caught in a self-fulfilling prophecy: they don’t think that they can last long in bed, so they don’t last long in bed. Just let things flow and don’t have role models as far as your sexual stamina is concerned!
Some men are simply in awe of a partner that is more experienced than they are and they think that will simply not be able to satisfy her and they worry too much about the so called “premature ejaculation embarrassment”: they worry about cumming too early and giving the impression that they don’t how to satisfy a woman or that they can’t do it.
Again, your partner’s experience is nothing that you should worry about, just do what you usually do and she will guide you if she wants something more from you.
Some men have trouble with their sexual performance when they cheat on their partner. This is a weird case, and I guess this performance anxiety kind of shows that you are a nice person who cares about your partner, so maybe you shouldn’t be cheating or trying to cheat in the first place.
As you can see, overcoming performance anxiety is not only possible, but actually kind of easy. All you really need to do is locate causes of your premature ejaculation problem, the shut down your brain, like you would do if you were watching the latest Michael Bay movie!
